Although these ovens were well maintained and worked fine when we got them our Certified Technician took them completely apart and cleaned inside and out as well as where the fans, motors, blowers and heating elements are which will extend the life of the machine.

He ran the ovens through many tests and replaces any worn parts with brand new OEM Middleby Marshall oven parts. These ovens are in EXCELLENT condition and will work hard for you for many years to come.

 

 

 

These ovens run on Natural Gas but they can be converted to run on LP Gas.

The ruggedly built Middleby Marshall PS360 series conveyor ovens have been used by major chains for years to fuel their growth, and can do the same for your business!

With a 32” wide conveyor belt and a 55” bake chamber it can produce 80, or more, 14” pizzas per hour, or you can stack them up to two high to double your production! Even better, add the split belt option to provide multiple cook times on the same deck and expand the versatility of the oven across your entire menu.

All Middleby Marshall ovens incorporate “jet sweep” air impingement technology to deliver a consistent rapid bake for all of your products. They are equipped with a front loading “sandwich window” so it can accomodate various product cook times. Impingement ovens are inherently energy efficient because the heated air is recycled back to the plenum to be reheated with minimum flue or vent loss. Cook times are precisly controlled, and easily adjusted, with a digital feedback control system.
