We replace certain parts with BRAND NEW Middleby Marshall Oven parts EVEN IF NOT NEEDED . We Also replace any worn parts with BRAND NEW OEM Middleby Marshall parts. These ovens are in EXCELLENT condition and will work hard for you for many years to come.
