The Sapphire Manufacturing SE-CO2D is a commercial double-deck gas convection oven designed to maximize kitchen output without sacrificing quality. Each deck features three direct-fired gas burners at 18,000 BTU/hr (108,000 BTU total across both decks), with a temperature range from 167°F to 563°F. Stainless steel front with galvanized sides provides lasting durability, while the porcelainized interior on each deck is easy to clean. Both decks feature dual pane thermo glass windows with independent operating doors, 60-minute electric timers with bell, 1/2 hp fan motors with dual speed control, and removable 13-position rack guides. Each deck includes 4 heavy duty chrome plated racks. Available in natural gas (NG) or liquid propane (LP). Easy field gas conversion kit included.
