Incorporated foamer
For cappuccino, we give the note. So the foamer is part of the standard equipment. The milk is constantly and evenly maintained at 73°C, which prevents the coagulation of proteins and assures impeccable hygiene. It takes only 2 seconds to prepare a compact foam that, thanks to a technique that is unique of its kind, will keep almost indefinitely. So your cappuccino will always be on the right note.
