Return Policy

1. Our Promise

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

2. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging, with proof of purchase.

3. Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following are final sale and cannot be returned: clearance or "as-is" items, custom or special-order equipment, and items that have been installed or put into use. Please review this list before ordering.

4. How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at southern_select@yahoo.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping address. Do not send items back without contacting us first.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error. We recommend a trackable shipping method, since we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Exchanges

If you need a different size, model, or item, contact us at southern_select@yahoo.com. The fastest way is usually to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at southern_select@yahoo.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received an approved refund, first check with your bank or card issuer, as processing can take time. If you still need help, contact us at southern_select@yahoo.com.
